Vendor Information

  • The Save the LP Record Show is a masterfully curated celebration of the music that unites record enthusiasts, collectors and newcomers to appreciate the timeless appeal of the analog sound. 

    The show is open to all sellers, such as record stores, private collectors, individuals with inherited collections and international sellers.

    Our aim is to establish an inclusive and diverse marketplace that appeals to music fans from all walks of life. Whether you're a seasoned seller or a first-time participant, we encourage everyone with an interest in music to join us and share their unique offerings at the show.

    We strongly encourage sellers to present the highest quality merchandise as this show is meant to showcase the finest curated collections at the highest standard. 

    We are grateful to host this event at the world-class Patricia Reser Center for the Arts. You are cordially invited to experience a one-of-a-kind venue and celebration! Space is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis.
    • Load in: 8am-9:45am
    • ​Show Hours: 10am-4pm ​
    • ​​Early Bird: 10am-11am
    • ​Open to Public: 11am-4pm

    As a Vendor, it is important to be present at the show during all hours. Vendors must be present from Door Opening until Closing.

    Throughout the show, it's essential to have someone at your booth. This ensures you seize all potential sales and customer interactions. Vendors must stay until closing time. Customers often seek last-minute deals. Staying until the end enables you to serve late shoppers and optimize sales.

    Adhering to these set hours enhances your experience as a Vendor, allowing you to engage customers effectively throughout the entire event.​

    • Tables are 6 feet x 2 feet
    • Maximum 2 people per table
    • Cost: $75 per table


       
    1.  Fill out the application below
    2.  Applications will be reviewed 
    3.  Upon approval, you will receive an email with confirmation & payment instructions
    4. A few weeks before the show you'll receive table numbers, load-in instructions and other information via email
    5. On November 16th, 2024, arrive to The Reser for show time
